"Firstly, the location was great. The Stork is near the M6 and minutes away from downtown Lancaster, yet you feel like you are in the country. We enjoyed a last minute stay at the Stork and feel as though we had found a hidden gem. If the rooms aren't brand new, they certainly appear so. We also had a gastropub style meal at night and a complimentary full English bteakfast in the morning. Both meals were very good. We were most impressed by the staff; all of whom were very friendly, professional...

"Excellant breakfast choice and period of which this was great. Gym facitilities were ok but not all appeared to be in working order. Cleaan pool. Jacuzzi, steam roon and sauna. Grounds were nice and well kept."

"Lovely stay here , room was comfortable , warm and clean , very quiet despite being by the road . The only noise was from the bar quiz but that didn’t go on for long . Our meal here was lovely, reasonably priced and well worth the money , when the beer my partner wanted had finished he chose another, only to be brought a free half pint when it was back on again . Wouldn’t hesitate to return "
