"Terrible staff , it took us 4 hours to get a room after we checked in and this hotel is not good for famil"

"The staff is kind and clean the room everyday!"

"Great property. Great for a relaxing family vacation"

"The hotel was full of scammers and people that would take advantage of your money and scam you every way they could."

"Staff was great. A couple of things were under construction like the lazy river. Overall I’d come back here."

"The staff was sweet but this was definitely my least breathless."

"We had an amazing stay, everything was streamlined and easy to understand and access so we were able to relax."

"one of the room we received had a very bad smell, back home now and all the luggage and the clothing even the clean once have that smell, food is not very good it is oaky but for that level of a resort we expect more"

"The staff were kind and the room service was helpful. However, the food quality is well below acceptable. Most items are days old, and there is a considerable fly problem."

"Tiene que darle mejor limpieza y mejor mantenimiento al hotel, las habitaciones tienen muy mal olor y no están muy presentables, uno va a disfrutar y solo usa el cuarto para dormir, pero uno busca un lugar limpio también y bonito donde uno se sienta a gusto. Los aires no funcionan bien y las sábanas estaban sucias. Tiene muy buenas actividades pero creo que tiene que darle más mantenimiento al hotel y mejorar la limpieza"

"Very nice and attentive staff. Beautiful resort. However our room had concerns. Crooked tv, soaps in bathroom were empty, hair dryer didn’t work, tv remote broken, no consistent water pressure in room, access to a thermostat but limited to only a couple degrees, “fully stocked bar” in the room was only 4 beers and some soda."

"Bring multiple bottles of bug spray, the mosquitoes are on steroids. My poor wife has to have over 100 bites on each one of her legs. She can’t sleep at night bc she is so itchy, I wish somebody would’ve told me before we went here how bad the mosquitoes are, the other part I did not like is the beach was closed the entire nine days we were here. we went on an excursion and from talking to other people their beaches were open. I don’t understand why ours was closed. You fly all this way to come...

"Love the people and the facilities. Will return. Just do not fall for 90 minute conversation about buying into Hyatt. It took over THREE hours. Wouldn't take no for an answer! Get the butler service!"
