"Our air conditioning was broke in both of our rooms the whole 5 days, we reported it 5 times to no avail. The basketball court one of the only extra things to do was under construction without any notice. Three of the restaurants require reservations and depending on the amount of days you stay is how many reservations you’re allowed…so we only got 2! Keys to our rooms had to be fixed at least twice a day. Spoke with management who said he was going to make notes, he did not! Didn’t even ask our...

"Everything about the hotel was nice except for one inconvenience. We had a Ocean-front balcony room. The balcony had 2 Air-conditioning units inside the balcony off to one side with a partial wall to keep the heat out. Unfortunately, the Carribean sea air constantly kepy pushing the hot air right back to the balcony area where we could sit to enjoy the ocean0front balcony. Very disapointing.
