"The rooftop lounge is a great place for drinks. Room was nicely appointed, bed and bedding were excellent, loved the all-marble bathroom. The staff were very helpful and friendly. One issue I encountered: the restaurant downstairs, Serafina, is supposed to be open for breakfast and provide room service to the hotel, but they never answered their phone. That's not the hotel's fault, but I wouldn't rely on that amenity."

"Perfect location, we had an inner room, which was super quiet, didn’t have any of the typical Manhattan street noise. They are renovating the lobby, but did an excellent job providing temporary lobby and front desk space."
