"We have contacted the property to upgrade the booking as we realised we booked room without A/C and towels provided by mistake. We got "an upgrade" to apartment. Big garden outside and a pool are there to mask the reality of how the property looks inside. Apartment was full of ants, dirty dished in the kitchen, missing toilet seat, broked door handle, paint falling of the walls. Poll was dirty and had a dead lizard in it for days. There was sprinklers overwatering the garden all day and one day...

Nessuna cura per i clienti, sopratutto quando si organizzano evebti esterni come matrimoni o feste private in piscina che disturbano il sonno fino alle 4 di notte. Dopo queste feste la sporcizia è ovunque. Manca professionalità da gestori e camerieri che non sanno mai fornire un'informazione su ciò che si vuole ordinarr. Cattiva la gestione poscina perché non c'è nessuno che vigili sui comportamenti ignoranti e maleducati di altri...
