Located in the hotel zone so felt safe for this 1st time traveller to Mexico. The sand was soft and the water was clear blue. Located in the perfect spot where the waves were calm most of the time but when the wind picked up they were fun to play in. Would definitely return. "

"Staff was amazing. Location very central in the hotel zone.. half the time there wasn't hot water but it's common for mexico. Two pool tables free to use. As we were leaving they were fixing the hot tub by the pool tables. The hotel had so much character unlike the white washed other hotels. Beautiful Mayan statues outside, water fall beside the staircase to go outside. 100% book again"

I was hesitant to stay due to the circumstances but honestly this resort made me feel so at ease.The location is perfect, the beach is beautiful, and the atmosphere is relaxing and welcoming. The facilities were clean and well maintained, and the staff was friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. We had a wonderful experience and truly enjoyed every moment of our stay.
