"Not one of my favorite RIU Hotels. When we arrived, the room we requested was not available. The people at the front desk acted like this was an inconvenience for them! Instead, they gave us an adjoining room. I did not realize at the time, this meant we would be sharing with a total stranger with only a door separating us! The first family was loud and kept us awake until 4am. every night. On the last day, the east pool was closed for repair. The swim up bar got shut down because someone had vomited inside the pool. A couple hours later, someone vomited in that pool and instead of shutting it down, the hotel crew took buckets and scooped out the vomit and tossed it to the outside of the pool! On a positive note, the bartenders and the Sports Bar were very friendly. Public bathrooms were always clean and the cleaners aways greeted you with a smile."

"It was ok, but it’s an old property, pictures make the place look allot better than it actually is , ie there is no beach, you can swim out though , as the water is shallow, I’ve been to many all inclusive resorts, it close to the hotel strip if you want that I chose a Dreams property expecting a WAY nicer hotel … I personally was disappointed, I was expecting a 4 to 4.5 star type of resort, I’d say this is more of a 3 star , or 3.5 star As a note , my wife and I were going to change hotels , as we wanted something a bit more higher end, the manager was super nice, he tried his best, to accommodate us . But in all reality it’s just basically a weaker property for a “dreams property “” it’s still ok but not a 4 star or a 4.5 star as what I was hoping for …. When we booked it looked at reviews etc we were expecting something nicer"

"It was ok. The beach was nicer than Riviera Maya but only 1 pool and not too many activities for the kids. The beach is not private and has people from the community. It disnt feel totally safe but overall for its price, not too bad. "

"The resort was amazing, the staff are very friendly and very helpful. We had some minor issues when we first got there, but they were quick to rectify the situation. We will be staying there or at another resort just like it and other places."

"Small hotel, perfect for family with small kids, nice beach ( a little of see weeds) good entertainment by the pool, big room. If you traveling with teens i would choose different place."
