"Fabulous hotel. First time I stayed here, but I'll definitely return. The reception staff were lovely, room was huge, gorgeous comfy pillows duvel and bed. Great bathroom, water provided too. Mailbox and Broad Street just around the corner and a short walk from New Street Station too. Highly recommended, we didn't want to leave! "

"Very last minute booking due to issues with another hotel, due to the stress the hotel staff kindly upgraded our room which was very generous. Staff were very accommodating and kind, didn’t have to wait long for anything at all, everything we could possibly need was available to us within a matter of minutes.
