"We stayed at Grand Sunset Princess from June 12 to June 17, 2026, and unfortunately, this was the worst resort experience I’ve ever had.
Our problems started immediately after check-in. We were not taken to our room until the shuttle was completely full. It felt like guests were not welcomed at all. Most of the staff seemed irritated and showed very little interest in doing their jobs.

"I had a good experience here with my family. It’s a beautiful and nature filled resort, however, the property is super huge so be mindful if you’re going with someone that isn’t able to walk long distance. They have shuttle busses from the rooms to the main area where everything is, however they don’t even run that often so we walked majority of the time. Dinner food at the buffet was alright.
