"Room was nice and clean/ big, shower was good .. bed was a little hard but slept well .
It was just the little things that was missing like hand towels (only one dressing grown) no bin liner and no sugar for tea and coffee so just the little things were missing. Little fridge was a nice surprise."

"Absolutely wonderful stay in London made even better by the staff of The Strand Palace.
From our very dapper doorman Anthony at arrival and early check in with Saloni to the kindness of Mohammed our porter at departure, the hotel did not disappoint. The rooms were clean and well stocked. The food and service at Haxell’s breakfast buffet and dinner were excellent. "Great location. Friendly, helpful and professional staff. Spacious and clean room. Bed mattresses were a bit too hard. The shower has only a piece of glass to stop the water from spilling out into the bathroom but it’s very small and water gets all over the floor. Not very safe. Overall a positive experience."

"The hotel is visually beautiful - design wise and the room was very clean.
Housekeeping on the first night/day let me down by not cleaning the room properly.
Cups weren’t cleaned, they didn’t refill drinks sachets, didn’t tidy bathroom properly. The following days tidy was up to standard, but not the Saturday.
Also, no sweet treat- like a little biscuit - for 5 star I really expected something nice….
Checking in was a bit confusing as there was a queue of 5/6 people and 5 staff- but only 1...

"Desayuno pasable, reservaciones hechas bolas con personas que no hablan inglés y que a nosotros por venir de México a París creyeron que era la misma reserva y cancelaron una. Las personas con que iba prefirieron pagar más por otro hotel. Además te cobran como 4 estrellas y es de tres o menos. No regreso."

"とてもいい位置にホテルがあり、徒歩圏内でいろいろと回れました。
朝食フロアにて、働いている日本人の方が何かありましたら…と声掛けしてくれて、とてもおいしく朝食が頂けました。
予約時にお風呂マークがあったのでその部屋を予約しましたが、シャワールームのみで、湯船があると思いましたがなかったことが残念だったことだけです。もう少しわかりやすい予約表記があったらよかったです。"
