"the rooms with "good rate" are the ones close to the street; and it's very close to the street which has a speed limit of 70km/hr! the engine noise is huge even approaching midnight.
also the so called "free breakfast included" is a catch: it's turned out to be a very minimal "continental" breakfast: two pcs of sliced bread and a little bit fruit is all you'll get; and it must be served by the staff (so you can't take more )... "

"I am giving my honest review. The hotel itself was very clean all the employees where on it anytime it rained always cleaning the resort and loved that. It was very private and small loved that as well the one thing is it had 2 hot tubs and didn’t work the first 4 days and they finally fixed after I brought it to their attention. Also I am a big foodie person the food was so flavorless and the portions ridiculous like a 3 year old was eating I was not impressed there was only 2 places we made...

"Check in rápido, no recomiendo hacer el previo no sirve de mucho.
El personal es amable y servicial.
El hotel es muy amplio y no se siente muy lleno aunque haya mucha gente hospedada, no use el carrito que te lleva por el hotel por que soy desesperado pero si tarda algo.
La habitacion recién remodelada, muy moderna minimalista y elegante; de lo mejor del hotel.
Tenia incluido una cortesía de Spa por ser Expedia Gold, pero me pusieron algo de trabas al querer hacerlo valido, así que desistí.

"I would not stay here again. They did a horrible job with out room after reports of ants infestation and no English channels on the television. They waited 2 days to change my room. Staff was not helpful at all. The food was horrible. The steakhouse was not good. I would not recommend this place to stay in costa rica.
However our non alcoholic drinks was made to perfection by the female bartender who knew us by name."
