"I got off to a rocky start my first night as I was the last to check in that night. Rooms should be assigned in the morning. Staff member had difficult guests before me and I had to wait 30 minutes for someone to show up at front desk. The room I booked was not available. I stayed at another hotel that had lots of issues.
