"Location and property are wonderful. DO NOT book through Casago. They are a management company that have a few units in the building. Book directly. Casago team, was unresponsive, and requested cash from me which is clearly in the terms to never give cash at the property."

"This apartment-style hotel is unique, a beautifully quiet place to stay in in Playa del Carmen by the beach, some distance from the down town area, with bikes to rent. As the room qualities are beautiful and nicely equipped, a free cooked breakfast is good, easy access to the top floor pool and rest area, low numbers of guests and a very very reasonable price, with personalized service for taxis etc., this is a great stay."

"Absolutely loved this property! The location is top notch, it’s super close to literally EVERYTHING you need! Also the room has a fridge, a microwave, and I think a coffee maker? (I don’t drink coffee but I think I remember seeing one) Staff was also extremely nice and accommodating, shout to Ana at the front desk! As a solo woman traveler, this property made me feel extremely safe, especially since all the staff were women! This will probably be my go to spot when I’m in PDC! I WILL BE BACK...

"Room was kept clean. Rooms need a bit upgrading- curtain had holes in it, simple but clean room. The location is perfect along with the beautiful greenery surrounding the hotel. "

"Staff were amazing, Alex, Alexander and Raphael at the front desk were the best super helpful and friendly. . The maids and the maintenance guy were great, really fast service. The kitchen could use a few more items like larger bowls for salads, strainer, ect. We will definitely stay there again, 3 weeks was perfect amount of time. "

"There was a beautiful view from the rooftop and the 2 pools were fantastic, they were available 24 hours, we spent the time there after getting back from the beach, just laying on the sun loungers. We will come back!"

"Good things first. The staff are lovely. The breakfast is fresh and delicious. The proximity to a nice family beach is a 2 min walk away. The bad. Over priced. Both airconditioners didn't work. Bad smells from blocked drains and there is a building site right next door. Jack hammers and noisy 3 out of 7 days. Cant stay in room. Also taxi ride to main tourist strip."

"The apartment is beautiful, and the rooftop has two small pools and a nice patio to relax on when you want to get away from the hustle and bustle. Getting to the apartment initially felt a bit sketchy, but the next day I figured out exactly where I was and the location is perfect for anyone who likes walking (big fan)."
