"Room was kept clean. Rooms need a bit upgrading- curtain had holes in it, simple but clean room. The location is perfect along with the beautiful greenery surrounding the hotel. "

"Absolutely loved this property! The location is top notch, it’s super close to literally EVERYTHING you need! Also the room has a fridge, a microwave, and I think a coffee maker? (I don’t drink coffee but I think I remember seeing one) Staff was also extremely nice and accommodating, shout to Ana at the front desk! As a solo woman traveler, this property made me feel extremely safe, especially since all the staff were women! This will probably be my go to spot when I’m in PDC! I WILL BE BACK...

"Beware of the undercooked bacon for breakfast at Liberti. Two mornings with undercooked bacon and two lunches with undercooked pork chops. Bed in 456 is very firm and dirty. Sliding glass door is old and fogged over blocking a nice ocean view. Husband got sick from the food. I waited on a pizza for over an hour and a half at the bar and it never came. We checked out two days early and would not recommend."

"Very nice, modern hotel. Short walking distance to Playa del Carmen beach and the famous 5th street with shops, bars, restaurants, and great people watching. The hotel has a very good buffet breakfast; rooms are spacious and modern. I highly recommend Fiesta Inn Playa del Carmen…HOWEVER: bring earplugs. All the rooms face the ocean and the close proximity to 5th street bars means it is VERY noisy starting around 9pm and lasting way beyond 2am."

"Lo que nos gustó: Las habitaciones son amplias y funcionales. El hotel, aunque antiguo, cumple con lo básico. Cuenta con caja de seguridad y un refrigerador pequeño que resulta muy útil. El personal es, en general, muy amable. La alberca tiene una sección pequeña “profunda” de 1.40 Mt agradable. Áreas de mejora: La limpieza no se realiza automáticamente; hay que solicitarla. Desde nuestra llegada, una toalla estaba en mal estado y tuvimos que pedir cambio. El aire acondicionado no se puede...
