"Great option if you’re staying in the Zazil-Ha location of PDC. I loved my stay here. Person at the front desk 24/7. Rooftop pool and ocean view is tomorrow. I used the gym most days that I was here and loved that I was able to keep up with my workouts. Room has a nice little kitchen; I used the blender provided to make smoothies and juices in the am. "First of all, we were there the middle of June for six days, we get to our room our AC is not working. It took practically till 10 o’clock until they gave us another room. Secondly, the guest services people were rude. It seemed like they didn’t want to do their job.. They were not very welcoming. You ask them for help and it’s like you’re bothering them. The staff at the restaurants. We’re so nice and welcoming the guys at the bars at the pool were amazing.. angel was very sweet and welcoming....

"The hotel is not 4-star condition. Continental breakfast was served at a hotel 2 blocks away. Reception did not know it was included. Staff is pleasant and hospitable. Pool is nice and roof top offers comfortable seating arrangement. AC struggled at times and the balcony light did not turn off. It's an okay hotel. For the price, there are plenty of options all over Playa del Carmen."

"Where to begin! Beautiful, relaxing experience. Claudia & Juan were so welcoming, helpful, and kind. Assisted with great humour and spirit for everything I needed. I already miss Chef Miguel's breakfasts. Such a wonderful way to start each day; especially when it can be hard to eat later in the day, when it's hot. The room was lovely. My only complaint is outside the hotel's control- nearby business has very loud music and thumping bass until late. The ambience is worth a bit of missed sleep...
