"Overall excellent. The food options were great and unlimited. All food tastes so good, the staff are very friendly and professional. I had my birthday romantic dinner set up at the beach which was a memorable one. One thing they could improve on is the mosquitoes. They could treat the rooms as there are so many mosquitoes though I understand it is the rainy season. Also entertainment was not the best. They need to work on entertainment in the day and night as most hotels in cancun do."

Pros: Clean facilities, lots of daily activities and options for dining. - We had the chance to try all the restaurants (Pelicanos was our favourite). Met lots of kind and wonderful staff (Very thankful to Antonio from La Casona/Chefs plate, Maximillian from Pelicanos, Sergio from Dolma for their waiting service and for ensuring modifications for dietary allergies,...
