"The Staff was amazing and the rooms were spotless! The grounds and pool are beautiful and serene. We really enjoyed the free coffee by the pool every morning. Perfect location! The hotel even helped us rent scooters that were delivered to us and parking them was right across the street. We arrived early and they did their best to get us in our rooms early. "We loved being the historic part of town. Our bungalow was beautifully appointed. The location offered access to restaurants and night life while being a quiet retreat when we were tired. The morning breakfast was good, but it didn't change from day to day. We stayed 7 nights and skipped the breakfast several mornings for its lack of variety. The morning coffee ran out before 10am on Sunday and was not replenished. The 24/7 coffee maker was stocked only with decaf."

"This is a very REASONABLY priced lodging for the FL Keys so expect simple things. We had a great stay, room was clean, the young gent at the front desk was exceptionally friendly and helpful, ditto at checkout. The beds are comfortable. The shower head had great pressure and the onsite tiki bar is a big plus. There were no plastic cups or coffee maker in the room but there was a microwave and fridge and table with two chairs.
