"The sales pitch upon arrival was an annoyance. The shower was lacking cold water making showers extremely hot. Restaurant reservations were tedious to make. Pool water was very hot. Slider to the room balcony was very difficult to open/close. Light switches in the room were erratic. Construction in the hallway was disruptive in the morning. The ocean view was spectacular, the buffet staff was amazing. The swim up bar was great but a little small and overcrowded."

"The beach was excellent, Ive been to cancun and stayed at different resorts and this one probably had the best beach and swimmable water with minimal waves and seaweed. The food was ok, umami and chianti were nice but the lack of vegetarian and seafood options is evident. For example at the buffet they had only 1 fish option every night and everything else had pork beef or chicken. As well breakfast was always the same. All other resorts Ive stayed at had many seafood options. Also the hotdogs...
