"We stayed one night, the car park is free and is located behind the Crawley's High Street. The price was quite low for a well-known brand like Ramada, but the hotel looks a little bit unmaintained and the fact that we didn't had hot water at all made us not being too surprised about it."

"The condition of the building is tired. All the sash windows had broken sash chords. The heating on a cold night was barely adequate - I got into a comfortable and clean bed to keep warm. Lovely towels on a heated towel rail made it a pleasure getting out of the shower. I was kept waiting 45 minutes for breakfast because the chef was not informed I was going to be there . "We enjoyed a 2 night stay in one of the newly refurbished bedrooms (Room 5). The room was furnished to a high standard with a modern bathroom and excellent walk-in shower. The staff were uniformly friendly and efficient with a good selection of beers and spirits at the bar. We ate dinner one night and the food was well cooked and of a very good quality. Our only minor ‘gripe’ was being unable to get a drink at the bar after returning from a meal out in Arundel at 9.40pm but otherwise a thoroughly enjoyable stay!"
