Beautiful view and room. Unfortunately hot water didn’t work properly for bath, even after informing staff. Cute cats and dog"

"Locating 5-10 mins walk from the very centre of the sapa town but still a variety of restaurant, souvenir shops and tourists agencies close by.
Being at the edge of the sapa town there is the breathtaking view from the balcony of the room, which I believe is what most of the visitors came to enjoy.
Room is clean and tidy with consistent hot water supply in the shower. A decent breakfast was included."

"JK was an amazing stay near Sapa. Located at the village entrance, it is close enough to everything all the while being secluded enough to be quiet and relaxing at night.
The rooms are absolutely charming and spotless.
The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and shared a lot of information about the town and activities.
