"Overall, we had a very nice stay at the Wyndham Alltra Playa del Carmen. The amenities were good, and the staff were lovely! The location is ideal for shopping in the city center and getting to the ferry over to Cozumel. We felt safe during our stay as well. The only downside is the beach, but we knew that when booking here. The food was good for an all-inclusive, but we only tried Bella and Brasas for reservations, as the Mexican restaurant was closed on Wednesdays."

"The Reef is a really nice resort, nice beach, pool, views and one of the best beach inlets with the least amount of seaweed! Dislikes were all the food was bland with little to no flavour but the best restaurant was the Japanese restaurant it’s just like Benihana’s but of course you pay extra for it. All the drinks also tasted the same no matter what you got unless you were taking shots."
