"We had a family room for 2 nights. It was spacious, clean and comfortable. Despite reading some negative reviews complaining about noise, we were not disturbed. Check in was easy and free parking was brilliant. We chose to have breakfast included and it was very nice with a good selection. The location of the hotel is perfect- right by the seafront and pier. We all really enjoyed our stay. "

"A nice hotel for families. Room was clean and comfortable and the staff were great, friendly and helpful. It's proximity to the caves is great and it's a half hour walk away from Wells. The food in the restaurant was good too."

"Receptionist was very welcoming,polite,professional and helpful. Room was clean and spacious. Great outside area and the sound of the water feature was very soothing. Great stay overall. (Pic is of how i left the room not how i received.) Thanks alot "
