"Nuestra cuarta visita a Live Aqua, y lo primero que quiero resaltar es el servicio 5 estrellas. En cada estancia nos soprenden más tanto en servicio como en la comida que esta vez fue excepcional. Nos hicieron un upgrade a una suite, la cual recomiendo tomar en cuenta a la hora de reservar, espectacular!!! Hay opciones de comida todo el tiempo, desde la playa, la piscina, los restaurantes, las noches mexicanas, etc. El servicio en piscina excelente, siempre pendientes de que estuvieras bien...

"The stay at the Royal Sands is always top notch, the staff works very hard to make your stay perfecto and the food is always very great, the only thing wrong with this hotel, is the ugly seaweed that storms the beach front every day, so we just stay at the pool bar all day, would highly recommend this place to anyone!!"

"We had a great stay here. This was our second visit. We had to extend an extra day due to an airline delay, and the staff was very helpful. The food was great and the room was clean. We would definitely visit again."

"Location and staff 10 of 10. We do think that for the size of the property more restaurants are needed, food variety can be better as they aren’t many to choose from and snack bar by the main pool will ideal as you will need to dried up to head to the buffet places or even the snack station by the lobby."
