"Dies war unser zweiter Besuch. Beim ersten Besuch war das Zimmer sehr sauber wie neu (Wohnung im EG). Diesmal machte es den Eindruck als ob seit Monaten nicht Staub gewischt wurde. (Wohnung im OG). Es fehlten Geschirrtücher (Auch beim Nachbarn). Ansonsten sehr ruhig. Parkplatz vor der Türe und Einkaufsmöglichkeit 2 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt.Immer noch empfehlenswert. Das Reinigungspersonal war schon besser ....."

"Walking distance from World Resort Arena and Birmingham International train station. Super convinient if yiu are attending a concert or event nerby. Price is extremely low considering for the area. Ower is super nice and had no problem reaching him to sort out payment issue. Highly recommend 👌 "

"O chalé fica num lugar muito bonito, pena que não vimos neve. O hotel ao qual os chalés ficam ligados, não fornecem café da manhã e refeições depende de ter ou não vaga para tal. Se for ficar aqui, leve tudo para se alimentar. O andar debaixo é piso frio, o que torna desconfortável, para ligar o aquecedor (salamandra) deve pagar para usar, o 1º uso é gratuito. Os quartos são razoáveis, mas a disposição que me deram para 5 pessoas foi um pouco ruim."

"The chalet and the grounds was beautiful. The pick up point on site was very convenient for getting to events. The staff were very responsive to emails before, during, and after our stay. Definitely would visit this location again."

"Nous avons choisi cet établissement pour y faire une courte étape (1 nuit) et il a parfaitement répondu à notre attente. Rien d'exceptionnel, mais tout y était pour y passer une bonne nuit. Nous sommes également venus avec notre chien et nous avons beaucoup apprécié pouvoir le promener le lendemain matin dans un bois juste en face avec un chemin de balade. "

"It was amazing stay in Zermatt !! Location was perfect to see the Matterhorn and go skiing. There’s no other option for us. Rooms are spacious , clean , enough of spaces to put our clothes, and great kitchen (although without microwave). We also enjoyed fire the stove! "
