"The room was good but we didn't expect an apartment building when we booked on a hotel site. Our flight was delayed and the instructions for getting into the apartment gate did not work. No help at 5am via phone. Had to mechanically bypass the front lock to get the family off the street and into bed which was a bit frustrating. The room was very nice and air conditioned though. "

"We booked this place for the convenience of the location near the airport. Check in is supposed to be at 4pm. We had to contact the property directly multiple times to get the access code to the property and this was not given to us until after 5pm. When we arrived at the property we were able to use the codes given to us to get into the building. We made the trek up the 4 flights of stairs (no elevator) to the room we were told was ours. Localização otima, em frente a um shopping o que ajuda bastante com lojas e lugares para comer, é bemcno centro de Aveiro, perto de tudo, muito bom. Apesar de ser informado que há muitos estacionamentos na região não é fácil estacionar perto da acomodação para descarregar as malas e o custo dos estacionamentos é padrão Europa, bem salgado."

"The apartment was good , room a bit smaller than we thought but the extension was good because it was covered so we had to leave our suitcases there. There was dishes, cups, glasses, cooking hob but no kettle, no coffee maker and no sauce pan. On enquiry, we were first told no kettle was to be supplied and later , yes they can give us a kettle at least which they did a day later. "We had the most amazing stay! Simon was excellent with communication and availability. The property was a dream- beautiful, quiet, a true gem. We drive 5 minutes for groceries and delicious pizza. Nothing beat relaxing by the pool after a day walking around Florence. And bonus, we got our laundry done too! "
