"This is a lovely hotel. The owners are friendly and very welcoming. The hotel itself is clean, well situated & quiet. The building is in excellent condition and transport to Florence S.M.N is easy. Lots of amenities nearby, including a laundromat. Would definitely would recommend. "

"The hotel made a mistake regarding reservation. After a long trip to Florence, we were unable to enter to hotel and called the owner for over an hour before one of the owners stumbled into the building asking us who we were. We told him that we had booked and paid for a stay, yet he was completely unaware of this. After double-checking, he confirmed that we indeed had paid, but that there were no rooms left. He called a friend who had a hotel roughly 1.5 KM away and we walked to another part of...
