"Affordable luxury when looking for an all inclusive resort in Cancun. Staff is very attentive and friendly, the pool is nice and cool to chill from the sun and the amenities are in line with a 4 star hotel. What sells this hotel are the stunning views to the ocean for sunrise or lagoon for sunset. Food was ok but nothing extravagant - restaurants available serve either buffet, Asian cuisine or Mediterranean....all three are decent but not extraordinary. "Comfortable bed. Smart TV. Service was outstanding from coffee in the morning at the restaurant and asking for extras from housekeeping. Every employee we encountered was friendly and greeted us with a smile. Check in was quick and we were escorted to the room. Highly recommend the ocean view which was just "WOW". AC worked well and we even had a ceiling fan. LOCATION is THE BEST for the price! I highly recommend this hotel."
