The staff picked us up from the airport, offered us a private tour, gave us gifts, and just overall made our Rapa Nui experience the best it could have been. "Buena ubicación, tranquila. El personal muy amable, buena limpieza, aunque usan mucho cloro para lavar la ropa y las toallas te mata el olor a cloro. El desayuno escasa variedad de comidas y me toco días de calor, es insoportable el calor en el comedor sin aire , ni ventilador, pobres loa funcionarios. El aire acondicionado en las habitaciones solo hay en el living, en los dormitorios ni ventiladores hay y con días de más de 30 grados tuve que dormir en el sillón del living, si dice aire...
