"Loved our stay here. Staff were so helpful and took such pride in their work. Were super helpful arranging transport for us, with our luggage and at breakfast. Riad was great, great location near the square. Room was comfortable, clean and had everything you need. Was definitely a boutique experience on a pedestrian-only alleyway but would recommend. "

"This hotel is well positioned for visiting Marakech. A 20 minute walk from the square & medina. Our room was spacious and clean. The bed and bedding were wonderful. We were on the 5th floor so there was noise from the 6th floor deck bar but it did not impede sleep. The included breakfast was good. The food in the sky bar area was tasty and good value and the service was really good. All the staff were friendly and efficient. We stayed an extra night after an Intrepid tour. "

Great communication before and during my stay, all of the front desk staff are super friendly and helpful, the riad is clean and beautiful, the location can’t be beat—maybe 50 steps from Jemaa El-Fnaa square, but a quiet and calm oasis where you can escape the frenetic energy of the square. The breakfast was also very good, and is served on a lovely roof deck. If I had to find a negative, I would say that the rooms are compact—but it’s a riad, so you should go in expecting...

"The Valentines dinner was amazing. The ambiance that was created was above par. The staff at the front desk was helpful and polite. The facilities were nice. Loved the ability to walk to the beach from the hotel within a minute. I missed the notification that the Spa was under construction but the front desk did provide advice for alternative spas and discounts for services at the new place. "
