"Hotel Hendricks is a great property at an excellent location. The front desk staff were very pleasant and very prompt with fixing any issues with the room. My only complaint is that the bathroom isn’t soundproofed. You can hear everything that is going on in there! Luckily I was there with my sister so I didn’t care but be forewarned. The room and lobby were also very dark but it added to the ambiance. The rooftop bar was great with a wonderful view of the city and Empire State Building. Overall...

"We had a great experience since the beginning. Staff was amazing and very kind, and also provided all the needed information to have no surprises by the end of our stay. The room was clean and bigger than expected, and the bed was extra comfy. Hotel is well located, ton of places to eat and train station nearby. I totally recommend this place and would stay here again any time. "
