First impressions are very important, and employee of the month must surely go to Nevada who brightens up reception with her friendly smile, warm welcome, and bubbly personality!"

"We were there for a conference weekend. The outside of the building didn't look very welcoming, due to the black bricks, but once inside, it was lovely, welcoming and warm, the staff were attentive and nothing was too small for them. The rooms, the food everything was perfect."
