"I had a fantastic experience with Public. Air Canada went on strike and only a few us arrived. We booked a suite and they accommodated us to a smaller room and refunded us for the bigger one. Unfortunately the first night, there were a couple fighting the room right next to us. And we told the hotel, they upgraded us to a nicer room the next day and also compensated us for the night before. And I had to stay one extra night and they just let me stay in the same room for a basic room price....
"James was very personable and professional in welcoming us. Room was tastefully furnished, bed very comfortable. At breakfast, the attentive service, delicious food, and peaceful ambiance provided a perfect way to start the day! "

"Property advertised was not the property we got. Paid for a three bedroom penthouse and got a two bedroom non penthouse. Advertised Address on expedia in in jersey city and phone number for contact on expedia is incorrect. Although Gary was very nice and helpfull the listing of property and what was paid for was was not the same whether expedia miss listing or not idk. The room was still nice just wasn't what i paid for on expedia

"We chose this property on a last minute trip to NYC. We liked the location and the price was very good. Overall, this location offers a comfortable stay for 2-3 days, the location is ideal for getting almost anywhere in Manhattan, very close to Grand Central Station and other subway entrances. Abundance of food options within 5-10 minutes. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone. "

"I am so happy I picked The Muse to stay at on our recent trip to New York. I looked at a lot of hotels before deciding. The Muse was close to almost everything we wanted to see. It was my first trip to NY and my husband hadn't been there for a very long time. We walked everywhere! (25,000+ steps on our second day there.) So very close to Times Square and Broadway shows (we saw The Lion King) and lots of great restaurants in the area, but still very quite at night. We drove and left the car with...

Es hat ein praktisches zwischen Halbwand gehabt und deswegen könnte unsere zwei Jungs früher schlafen. "The hotel is in my favorite part of Manhattan. There's nice, quiet streets off of Amsterdam, which is full of restaurants, shops, bars, and more. I love the proximity to Central Park as well.
