"This is a top level B&B. Only 6 rooms and Adult only. We stayed in room 3, which overlooked the street behind the hotel and was very quiet. The room was large enough for us and had a wardrobe with plenty of hangers, vanity unit with drawers and 2 bedside pedestals. The drinks tray was well stocked. "Beautiful, comfortable accommodation in an excellent location. 10 minutes Walking distance from Hove station and 20 Minutes to Brighton, although also close to the bus routes. "This was like staying with friends for a smart weekend in the country. Ann gave us a guided tour, and later showed me round her hi-tech greenhouse when I expressed an interest. The house and garden are fabulous, our room was huge and elegant with a big comfortable bed and a walk-in rainfall shower.
