We have been to lots of resorts in the Riviera Maya region and our experience has always been super pleasant. People are usually super kind and customer service is abundant. "We had issues with the room since the check in. Door unable to open. Got stock inside the room, ac turned off and when back ri the room at night, floor was wet and bed linen damp, documents damp, when asked for the car with 2 hours ahead the car never arrived until we got the the Fd to requested again. Across street is excellent taco stand. ate, swam, snorkeled, played pool. grounds are excellent. gift shop is lovely and well priced. rooms were fine. A bit of a musty smell in our rooms from humidity I guess, which was my only real negative but we weren’t in rooms much. Grounds are beautiful. Went after spring break to avoid crowds. "We are a family of 5 with 3 children, 12 and under. We had to book 2 rooms, when we booked we requested conjoining rooms, over 6 months in advance. I routinely contacted them and reminded them of the request. When we arrived they were unable to give us conjoining rooms. They were on the opposite sides of the building so my wife and I had to split between two rooms. Super lame! We spent a lot money and want to vacation together. Being split was a major inconvenience. I cannot recommend this...
