"We were 3 of only 5 people in the hotel so services were at a bare minimum, which sucked for us. The place looked fresh and new, which is hard to do as things age quickly in Vietnams climate. The room was delightful and comfortable. The bathroom was a wet room and well laid out. Don't sit on the side of the bath as it's held down and tipped up me which took a bit a work to rectify. Breakfast 1was terrible, with no menu to choose from it was just prepared and here's something to eat. Breakfast 2...

"The Hotel is close to everything. We took a grab taxi from the Cathedral everyday and it was a 1 min walk. 12 minutes to the lake. Shopping and food around the corner. Perfect location."
