"Everything was great!! Pools and beaches were clean. Staff was amazing. No complaints. They were timely and organized. Paid great attention to detail. Great food!!
However, I do think they could sanitize the rooms a little better. The phone had a weird smell, hot tub in the room seemed like it needed a better cleaning and the mattress had stains under the sheets. "

"Top 3 resort I’ve been to, best AI. Property is amazing, staff is amazing (Raul around the pool, Pepe at the Italian, Mario at the grill, Desi at the Japanese, Ana at the gym, and I’m missing some) food and drinks are perfect. Always cleaning and everyone is super friendly. Can’t wait to go back. "
