"Very friendly staff and conveniently located to Hop-on buss stop, and restorant and Hyde park. Hotel under renovation and a shower cold water and TV not working. Had to be evacuated do to fire alarm. Will stay again as staff was very helpful and friendly hope fully next time construction is over and some of the shortcomings are resolved "
