"Robert and Carlos were warm and welcoming. Our room was clean, the AC cold, and decor was nice. I felt like I was truly in Mexico, instead of a bland hotel. Nina, the dog is very cute! It was a peaceful retreat from the noise and bustle of Playa Norte. I also cannot say enough good things about the pool, gorgeous view!"

"Everything was good except for 2 things :
1) we went the last week of April and the seaweed at the beach was so much
2) a dinner reservation system was horrible, we arrived on a Sunday and immediately went to guest services to book our dinners for the week. The problem is nearly all of them were booked up for the week already even though this is during off-season, which was really surprising. We were able to get in at three of the restaurants during the weekday we had but the earliest...

"Loved it food was great in the buffet, staff were all nice and there was a lot of entertainment. Only thing I didn’t like was that reservations for the restaurants were impossible to makes they were always full and I would check as early as 5am and there wouldn’t be anymore availability."

"Beautiful Resort!!! Buffets indoor and open air buffets by the beach were delicious and fresh. Breakfast had fresh squeezed orange juice, Champagne 🍾, made to order juice smoothies, made to order eggs and omlettes, fresh fruit, yogurt, and yogurt smoothies drinks. Specialty Restaurants were very good. Beach was nice. If you go down by the Palace the water was clear blue when we were there 4/25/26 - 5/2/26. You didn't even need snorkeling equipment and you could see turtles come up for air....
