"Friendly greeting upon arrival, staff were very helpful. The room was bigger than anticipated which was a pleasant surprise, we really liked how the bedroom was separate from the living area. We wish there more hooks to hang coats, clothes etc and the bathroom was a little smaller than where we have stayed before as one of us has slight mobility issues so moving around the bathroom was tricky but not difficult. We will defintley be staying again, perhaps try the next size up. "

"I arrived late at night, reception guided me from the car park to the venue over the phone, which was helpful. My room was much better than expected, spacious, clean, the bed really comfortable. Breakfast was good quality & plentiful, dinner was pleasant too, & both good value. The staff were always polite & helpful. Situated well for the town centre & rail travel. All in all a lovely stay, far exceeding my expectations."

"What a find. On driving up to the lroperty, we were taken back with the beauty. We were apprehensive asnon a univereity site but to need to be at all. Check in easy and free parking. Walked through busy bar (2 weddings on) but no issues at all. A little noise heard from room until music finished but was grand. Our dog also had a super time "
