"This was a fun place to stay while visiting the battle field. The village was very interesting with many small shops. The room appeared to be recently renovated and staying above a pub was a fun experience. The pub itself was also excellent. Our only complaint was lack of air conditioning...which resulted in us opening a window...and listening to traffic (the road out front is very busy) All-in-all, I would strongly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area"

"The staff were very polite nd friendly. The room was very spacious with a large comfortable bed. There was a kettle with loads of tea, coffee, sugar and milk supplied. There was a shower in the bathroom . With very large towels which smelled lovely . Lots of shampoo, shower gel snd body lotion supplied. I will definitely be going back "

"Bexs rooms are a great find we had rooms 1and 2 we were not disappointed. Easy to find, parking by the rooms. rooms were clean,tidy, had everything that we wanted.beds were great we slept like a baby!! Outside area with table and chairs was a nice touch. "This property is unique, it is a very old property with all mod cons and some contemporary styling. Loved the facilities and I am a lover of lots of milk in my strong tea, I always have to ask for extra milk … not here, extras for all your tea and coffee making was on the landing. The room itself and the beds were comfortable, we travelled as a family of three with me and my husband in a double and our little one on a put me up. We had a tv and lots of storage space for clothes etc. A little...
