"The staff at reception was very helpful and polite. My room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was spotless and the towels were fresh. It had a towel warmer which i found convenient. The room had tea/coffee facilities. Overall, my experience was pleasant. The most positive factor was that this hotel is a 3 min. walking distance from London City Airport."

"We stayed Saturday to Wednesday, then returned after a stay in Salisbury on Saturday until Monday. Saturday’s in the summer means big parties. It is noisy and the restaurant isn’t available. They do offer dinner in a small room to accommodate those who aren’t part of the party. The room we had the first Saturday was awful, AC didn’t work and no hot water! We asked to be moved, which they were able to do by putting us in a smaller room. The smaller room was very much better. The bed was so...
