"Perfect location near mass transit center for coming in and out of the city of York, not too close, but walkable for sure. Then getting into the city itself for sightseeing was also walkable, so convenience was a big plus. The complete breakfast was simple to order from a small menu of choices. The kitchen/ inn attendent was sure to meet our needs and answer questions. all with a caring smile. The bedroom was adequate and comfortable for two people. I'd choose this house again. "

"Our host was very welcoming. we’d had really good communication prior to coming and so the dietary needs of my daughters were well catered for. Breakfast was delicious with lovely thick Greek yogurt and fresh fruit and warm flaky croissants. Would definitely stay again. "

"Great location to walk into the city centre. Parking is very convenient on the road in front of the hotel. Facilities in the room were all great. Self check in is expected which was very simple. We had a query when we first booked which the hotel answered quickly to our satisfaction. Overall we would recommend to any family / friends who don’t mind a 15 minute walk through the Georgian quarter or past the Anglican Cathedral to get to the centre of the city centre. Our room was on the first floor...
