"The bacon wasn’t cooked and the hashbrowns were empty and tasteless. The sausages were highly seasoned and no option of tinned tomatoes. Eggs tasted okay but would have been better for different egg options: poached/scrambled etc . Enjoyed our stay but needed to call several times on way home for toilet. Would definitely stay again but would arrange breakfast options out of hotel. Shame. "

"Fantastic service at check-in, explained everything clearly and was very helpful. Room was excellent; comfortable bed, good shower, and great views of the grounds. Meal in the restaurant was amazing; the soft egg Scotch egg starter was perfect! Breakfast was good too; the only complaint I have - and it's very picky - was that they ran out of bread for toast and no-one seemed to notice. But by that point I was pretty full from the rest of the breakfast options that it wasn't a big deal. Will...

"I stay very regularly for work, as my office is over the road. It’s reliably comfortable and well presented. Rooms are quiet. Good parking, using the NCP Liverpool on a subsidised rate. Great location on the edge of town, coffee shops and takeaways nearby. Price point is good and consistent. This has become my regular, and stay here a few nights a month."
