"Easy check in, clean and well kept accommodations. Friendly and inclusive staff. Nifty old building. Nice vibes throughout. Convenient location.
I stayed in a private room so cannot speak for the dorms, however, our room was satisfactory, cool and comfy.
I stayed only 1 quick night so wasn’t able to enjoy any activities besides sleeping, but they seem to have schedules of things going on in (or around?) the hostel.
Would recommend if you want to stay close to the city centre and want to be...

"We loved staying at Eleven Stafford in the West End. Taking the tram from EDI was easy (even with many bags) and we found the location to be perfect for walking anywhere in Edinburgh. We had heavy bags because our daughter is moving here from the US and it was quite an exercise getting them up to the top floor so would probably request a lower level room next time. All in all, this was a perfect perch to explore Edinburgh!"
"Really nice stay in a great area. Several great cafes nearby. Walkable (but long, 30 min) to city center and easy access to public transportation.
Rooms were clean, staff was very friendly. Check in and out were super simple. Would definitely recommend!"
"We stayed at this centrally located hotel during the Edinburgh Fringe festival. The hotel is ideally suited for either exploring the old town section of the city or the various venues of the festival. But the price of the location is that the lobby is very packed and busy with some of the festival venues located in the hotel. Even with a room in the rear of the hotel, we had noise issues in the morning with a waste removal truck in the car park.

"Séjour de 2 nuits à l’hôtel, nous étions 2 adultes et 3 ados. Nous logions dans un lodge a côté du bâtiment principale au rez de chaussé.
La chambre était spacieuse et agréable. Nous avons très bien dormi.
Nous avons garé gratuitement notre voiture sur le parking de l’hôtel et avons tout fait à pied (environ 40mn de marche de la vielle ville).
