"Patrizia and Nicolette were very accommodating and gracious hosts. I felt very much at home and they were there to give me anything I needed. I needed some tickets printed up and Patrizia was nice enough to let me use her computer and login to my gmail account so I could print out what i needed using her printer. My room was always cleaned when I returned from being out all day, and Patrizia was nice enough to explain to me how to use the light rail, bus, and metro to get around. I left early...

"Despite my request for a quiet room I was given a room over the noisy restaurant which was closing at 2 am. In addition, there was some sewer odour that enter my room and the corridor every night. However, the hotel was not far from the Metro and food bar which was open 24 hours. "
