"Room was nice, comfortable bed, used the pool which seemed pretty clean. This is a motel so could park near my room. I was on the 2nd fl w/a nice view of the mountains and a balcony with a table & 2 chairs. Was planning to eat at the restaurant but it didn’t have a/c and outside temp was in the 90’s so I went elsewhere. "

The mgr hung up on me when I requested a refund and this was after I had to call multiple times to even get in touch with someone to help me . People live in the hotel and it’s unsafe . The front desk doesn’t have someone available to help. The towels were dollar tree towels and our room had no towels when we checked in, when we went to ask for towels, we were told it would be a couple hours for towels because there were...
