"This hotel is located in a lovely area with easy access to tram lines, making it very convenient to explore the city. The neighborhood felt safe and had a nice atmosphere, with cafés, shops, and other amenities nearby. The room was clean, quiet, and very comfortable, and was everything we needed for a relaxing stay. "The hotel was nice, clean, and welcoming. The front desk staff helped us with parking, making reservations, and allowed us to leave our bags before we checked in. We did not get the breakfast with our stay, but they did have coffee and fruit available to us on another floor which was nice. The room was great and we loved our view of the lake!"

"The view from our balcony room was magnificent! View of the river, the lake & the surrounding mountains. We were lucky to have sunny clear sky during our stay. However, we had terrible luck with the shower. Water ran too cold or too hot, and sometimes it slowed to a drip!! We should've notified the front desk to call a plumber, but we were too busy enjoying our outings in Luzern!!!"

"My go to hotel in Lucerne. It's extremely close to the train station, the Chapel Bridge, and old town. The staff is friendly and the hotel is always well maintained. I wish breakfast was included or a more affordable price point if it's not, but otherwise it's a great spot."

"Excellent choice for Lucerne. It was right in the old part of town in a beautiful spot. Around the corner were excellent restaurants with waterside seating. We were able to sit without a reservation but made a reservation for the following night at another spot no problem. Excellent service and a very spacious room. Highly recommend. "
