Hotel staff were useless and wouldn’t even make eye contact or offer help. Ended up ringing the USA for hours as hotels.com don’t have a UK switchboard. Abysmal service"

"We loved the convenience of using the Pod to get to Terminal 5 and the easy car parking The restaurant and deck with a view of planes landing was excellent and a lovely spot to enjoy a drink on a summer evening. We ate in the restaurant and our meals were tasty and reasonably priced. The only downside was the room (deluxe twin) was very very small. We were ok as we only had two small overnight bags but anyone with large luggage would struggle."

"The property is ideal if you are flying out of Terminal 5 at LHR. Rooms are dark, good bathrooms and wonderful beds with quality sheets. Our second visit and plan to return."

"Overnighter on the way out. Good stay, great location. Room was clean, check-in easy. Our room was quiet, so we slept well! There’s a bus heading to the airport every 10 minutes from across the road. Easy to access London by subway from the airport station."
