"Nice modern hotel with friendly staff very cknvenient for airport. Only problem is that it is a bit hard to find. The signposts are ok but then fizzle out. I ended up in an underground car park and had to ask a worker there fof help. He showed me to a sort of hidden door jn the car park, which led to a lift, which led to the hotel"

"We loved everything about the Sofitel! The room was wonderful we specifically liked the tub integrated into the room, but with privacy if you need it, with motorized blinds. State of the art lighting , best bedding, great distribution of the space in the room, classy and efficient, top quality fixtures, comes with Bluetooth speaker. Equally important was the service, specially Nicole Thesenvitz at the reception who helped us and went the extra mile (more like 10 miles) for us! WOW best service...

"Der Service war sehr schlecht. Von vier Mitarbeitern hinterm Tresen wurde man einfach nicht beachtet bis der fünfte kam. Das Essen war sehr schlecht für den Preis. Sauberkeit geht so muss man sagen dafür daß es ein neues Hotel ist. Bei der Duschwand wurde das Silikon vergessen, so das dass Wasser schön rausgelaufen ist. Fenster kann man nur an klappen. Die Fahrstühle haben sich sehr komisch angehört und die Außenanlage war auch noch nicht fertig. "
