"WiFi was good, the room was clean. The only negative was that the room was cold on the first night because the radiator wasn't working. But it was fixed the next when I reported it. The hotel is just ten minutes walk from the centre of Bournemouth so it was perfectly situated for me."

"I have nothing to complain about at all. The room was a really great size, bed was comfortable, climate control very good (we like it air conditioned), and the bathroom is very modern and spacious."

"I stayed for 2 nights and didnt fully experience what the hotel had to offer such as the spa, swimming pool, restaurant and bar area as i had my dog with me and understood that dogs wasnt allowed in the public areas ..... i would go back and stay again and hopefully get to enjoy the spa experience. "Our room was very. Clean. *****Comfortable bed *****so had a good nights sleep. Plenty of milk, tea, coffe and hot chocolate , which was a nice surprise! ***** All the Staff were very helpful/friendly!!! REALLY enjoyed our overnight stay, and will be returning in tbe near future 🙂"
